Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand voice
- Create engaging posts, reels, and campaign ideas
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and improve strategies
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and messaging
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Handle basic SEO activities (on-page, keyword research, blog optimization)
- Support lead generation campaigns and marketing funnels
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms & trends
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
- Good content writing and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics
- Creative thinking with execution focus
