Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Export Ocean Pricing team
Handle day-to-day pricing support for the Sales team and customers
Coordinate rate inquiries with Steam Ship Liners (SSL), LCL Co-loaders, and carriers
Negotiate service contracts and maintain monthly rate sheets
Manage RFQs, tenders, and customer-specific pricing proposals
Develop competitive pricing strategies based on market intelligence
Ensure timely quotations, rate filing, and bid submissions
Mentor team members and drive operational excellence
Candidate Profile:
✔ 5–10 years of experience in Export Ocean Freight Pricing
✔ Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations, INCOTERMS, and shipping documentation
✔ Experience in carrier negotiations and pricing strategy
✔ Leadership and team management experience preferred
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills
