Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to primary classes (Grades I to V) as per CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids to enhance language skills.
- Focus on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills of students.
- Conduct interactive and activity-based learning sessions (stories, rhymes, phonics, etc.).
- Assess students through classwork, homework, class tests, and projects.
- Maintain student records, progress reports, and attendance.
- Encourage creative writing, storytelling, and vocabulary development.
- Ensure proper pronunciation, grammar, and comprehension skills among students.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on student progress.
- Support co-curricular activities (language-based activities, assemblies, competitions).
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in English / relevant discipline
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (as per norms)
- Experience:
- 3–10 years of teaching experience at primary level (preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command over English language and grammar
- Good communication and storytelling ability
- Ability to handle young learners with patience and care
- Creativity in teaching methods
- Classroom management skills
- Basic knowledge of phonics and activity-based learning
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
