About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead and execute our complete marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, increasing customer engagement, managing campaigns, coordinating content production, planning events, and driving overall business growth.
This role requires a professional who can independently manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
- Create marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify customer trends, opportunities, and market gaps.
- Establish marketing budgets and monitor spending.
- Prepare marketing forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media marketing across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
- Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Develop email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Track website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Monitor digital analytics and implement performance improvements.
- Manage online reputation and review platforms.
Content Marketing
- Develop content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Create and oversee blogs, articles, newsletters, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate copywriting and content development.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Manage storytelling initiatives and customer engagement campaigns.
Creative Production & Shoot Management
- Plan and organize photography and videography shoots.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content briefs.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, influencers, and production teams.
- Manage shoot schedules, locations, budgets, props, and talent.
- Oversee post-production activities and content delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of content creation projects.
Social Media Management
- Build and grow social media communities.
- Develop engagement campaigns and content strategies.
- Monitor trends and viral content opportunities.
- Track social media KPIs and campaign performance.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Branding & Communications
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity.
- Develop branding guidelines and marketing collateral.
- Manage public relations activities and media communications.
- Draft press releases and company announcements.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate print advertising campaigns.
- Manage brochures, flyers, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
- Develop local marketing and community engagement programs.
- Coordinate direct marketing initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships and referral networks.
Event Management & Activations
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, conferences, and networking events.
- Coordinate venue selection, vendors, logistics, registrations, and event promotion.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.
- Ensure successful event execution and post-event reporting.
- Create sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Develop lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Build customer acquisition campaigns.
- Track customer journey and optimize marketing funnels.
- Develop customer retention and loyalty programs.
Partnership & Influencer Marketing
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with influencers, media partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
- Evaluate partnership ROI and effectiveness.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign results.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
- Manage marketing project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
- Ensure alignment between marketing and business objectives.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience planning and coordinating photo and video shoots.
- Experience organizing events and marketing activations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
