About the Role Sawai Fragrances is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, combining your technical background in chemistry with a deep passion for the fragrance industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market reach, and building lasting relationships with our clients globally.
Key Responsibilities *Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the fragrance sector to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retail partners to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Leverage your technical background to effectively communicate the chemical compositions, olfactive profiles, and product benefits of our fragrances and oils to prospective buyers.
- Stay ahead of perfume industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify gaps in the market and propose strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales strategies with new product launches and market demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Qualifications & Requirements * Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry is mandatory.
- Experience: Prior sales experience within the perfume and fragrance industry is highly preferred; however, enthusiastic freshers are also welcome and encouraged to apply.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the perfume industry landscape, including key market drivers, fragrance families, and manufacturing processes.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate technical chemistry concepts into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Drive: Strong goal orientation with a desire to learn the business and consistently meet sales quotas.
