- To counsel the patient for surgery
- To make the patient understand the pre post-operative care
- Be polite friendly to the patients to understand his/ her trauma
- Communicate to the patients in the best possible language method
- Make the patient attendant to understand the package of procedures
- To prepare the pre-operative instruction hand over to the patient
- To maintain the conversion counseling data
- Continuous follow up with the old advised patient
