Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Credit Co-operative Society, Banking, Finance, or related sector.
Thorough knowledge of Credit Co-operative Society Acts, Rules, Bye-laws, and Regulatory Compliance.
Experience in managing society operations, member services, recovery management, accounts coordination, and statutory requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and office administration.
Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and coordinate with regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the society.
Ensure compliance with applicable Co-operative Society Acts, Rules, and Bye-laws.
Manage member relations, staff supervision, and administrative functions.
Maintain statutory records, documentation, and regulatory filings.
Assist the Board of Directors in policy implementation and governance matters.
Pay: ₹5,649.08 - ₹20,472.50 per month
