Salary Range: 6 to 12 Lakhs per Annum
Location: Bangalore (its a WFH opportunity, occasionally travel involved)
Work Exp: 3 to 6 years of Experience in Product Management.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role with an option for work-from-home flexibility. A Forward Deployed Product Manager (FDPM) at Platform Commons will collaborate closely with clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions.
Experience required: 3 to 6 years
Salary: 6-12LPA

Product Manager Responsibilities
Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, creating product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful deployment of products. The role also involves monitoring product performance and refining features to align with client needs over time.
Determining feature requirements.
Researching customer experiences and demands.
Improving customer experiences.
Outlining a detailed product strategy.
Managing cross-functional teams.
Managing product road maps and releases.
Understanding product selling points.
Identifying and filling product gaps.
Generating new product ideas.
Developing product pricing and positioning strategies.
Working alongside engineering teams.
Working with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches.
Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events.
Requirements
Previous experience in a product development or management role.
Proven product development ability.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or equivalent
- Experience in a client-facing or consulting role is a plus Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. :
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
