We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and AI-driven automation, with the ability to transform complex business challenges into innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning models for business applications
* Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies, tools, and methodologies
* Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and process automation
* Optimize AI model performance, scalability, and reliability
* Monitor, evaluate, and improve system accuracy and efficiency
* Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations related to AI initiatives
* Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in artificial intelligence
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
* Proven experience in AI/ML development and implementation
* Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
* Experience with data analytics, model training, and algorithm optimization
* Knowledge of NLP, generative AI, and automation tools is preferred
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
* Prompt engineering and AI workflow automation
* API integration and deployment of AI-powered applications
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
