Job Responsibilities
- Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Assemble and install mounting structures.
- Install and secure solar panels according to project drawings.
- Perform DC wiring between solar panels and inverters.
- Install and connect solar inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and earthing as part of the solar system.
- Carry out system testing and commissioning after installation.
- Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and on-site.
- Ensure installations meet quality standards and project timelines.
Eligibility
- ITI Electrician (Mandatory)
- Experience in solar PV installation preferred.
- Freshers with an interest in solar installation may also apply.
- Willing to travel to project sites.
- Physically fit to work outdoors and at heights.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of rooftop solar installation.
- Solar panel mounting and alignment.
- DC wiring and inverter connections.
- Ability to read basic installation drawings.
- Safe use of installation tools and equipment.
- Teamwork and a responsible work attitude.
