About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to promote our IVF and Fertility services by building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, RMPs (Registered Medical Practitioners), diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
The candidate should be comfortable traveling locally, meeting medical professionals, explaining hospital services, and developing long-term referral partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Network Development
- Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Gynecologists
- General Physicians
- RMPs
- Medical Officers
- Nursing Homes
- Diagnostic Centers
- Generate patient referrals for IVF and fertility treatments.
Business Development
- Identify new referral opportunities.
- Increase awareness about hospital services.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits with existing referral partners.
- Present hospital facilities, doctors' expertise, and treatment outcomes professionally.
Relationship Management
- Maintain healthy relationships with referring doctors.
- Address referral partner queries.
- Ensure timely communication with all referral sources.
- Build long-term trust with healthcare professionals.
Reporting
- Submit daily field visit reports.
- Maintain records of:
- Doctor visits
- Clinic visits
- Referrals generated
- Follow-up status
- Update referral database regularly.
Coordination
- Coordinate with the IVF team regarding referred patients.
- Track patient appointments and admissions.
- Ensure smooth communication between referral partners and hospital staff.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor hospitals and fertility centers.
- Collect market feedback.
- Suggest new marketing opportunities.
Eligibility
Education
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 1–3 years in:
- Hospital Marketing
- Healthcare Sales
- Pharmaceutical Marketing
- Medical Representative (MR)
- Business Development
Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in IVF, Gynecology, Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Pharma Marketing.
- Existing network with doctors or clinics is an added advantage.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
