We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our E-Tender Training & Placement programs.
The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to students, graduates, job seekers, and other potential learners, explaining our training programs, generating leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote E-Tender Training & Placement programs across Tamil Nadu.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, educational institutions, and field marketing.
- Contact students, graduates, job seekers, and interested candidates and explain course benefits.
- Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective students regularly.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, admission, and revenue targets.
- Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, placement cells, and other organizations.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, and promotional events.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and expand the organization's reach across the state.
- Coordinate with the training and placement team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil communication is essential; English communication is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Sales/marketing experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in dealing with students and job seekers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
