Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.Handle email correspondence, official communications, and business documentation on behalf of the Director.Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reports, business summaries, and management updates.Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, itineraries, and related logistics.Maintain confidential records, contracts, agreements, and important business documents.Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up on management directives.Assist with office administration, event coordination, and operational activities.Support business planning, data management, and cross-functional coordination.Ensure smooth communication and efficient information flow across departments.Required Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines effectively.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
