Position Title - GM Finance
Location - Madurai
Role Purpose
The GM Finance will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, governance, risk management, and operational finance functions of the organization. The role requires a result-oriented leader with strong business acumen, capable of driving organizational growth, managing enterprise risks, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and monitor Internal Financial Controls.
· Establish and manage Costing Systems, Budgetary Systems, and Cash Flow Management.
· Lead MIS Reporting and financial performance analysis.
· Oversee financial consolidation of branches, subsidiaries, and associates.
· Drive statutory compliance, corporate governance, and investor reporting.
· Manage fund raising activities and capital planning.
· Provide operational and financial performance reports to management and the Board.
· Deliver revenue growth guidance and assess financial impact of internal/external factors.
· Execute Board-approved decisions related to finance and business strategy.
· Lead IT-driven financial transformation initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
· Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20+ years of post-qualification experience.
· Experience at Controller or GM Finance level.
· Strong experience in raising capital exceeding INR 500 Crores.
· Proven expertise in handling investors and stakeholders.
· Minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing / Retail / Service sector with annual turnover above INR 1000 Crores.
· Strong exposure to Corporate Governance, Compliance, and IT functions in large organizations.
