- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive the sales team to meet and exceed showroom targets, boost walk-in conversions, and close premium deals.
- Inventory & Store Operations: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with merchandising teams for restocking, and ensure the store operates within budget guidelines.
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle escalations, resolve customer complaints professionally, and ensure an exceptional visitor experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom floor is clean, well-organized, and products are attractively displayed to maximize sales impact.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven retail, sales, or management experience, often in specific fields like furniture, electronics, or textiles.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, inventory management, and conflict resolution
