A. Trade Transaction Lifecycle & Counterparty Management
- Own the end-to-end trade transaction-deal structuring, contract confirmation, documentation, inspections, logistics, insurance, and final claims settlement
- Lead active engagement with traders, suppliers, and buyers across Singapore, India, Africa, and the USA on pricing, counterparty terms, and documentation
- Protect deal margins and manage counterparty/commercial risk across all markets
- Ensure regulatory compliance is embedded at every stage of the trade lifecycle.
B. Trade Finance & Risk Management
- Manage end-to-end trade finance facilities -Letters of Credit, Trust Receipts, Transferable and Back-to-Back LCs, and LC financing
- Size facility limits and optimise utilisation across all counterparties and banks
- Oversee hedging and price-risk management across physical positions
- Coordinate hedge execution and ensure FX, price, and counterparty exposure stays within mandated limits
C. Governance, Controls & Compliance
- Strengthen and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks across the group -Embed a robust compliance environment across Singapore, India, Africa, and the USA entities.
- Safeguard balance sheet integrity and statutory compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree
Experience:
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in International Operations.
- Experience in commodity trading / International operations / Copper, Aluminium, Zinc, Nickel, and Agricultural Commodities.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
