Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and driven Brand Communications Executive who can effectively combine client relationship management with creative brand communication. This role is ideal for professionals who are skilled in content creation, social media management, client servicing, and brand strategy execution.
As a Brand Communications Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing impactful content, handling brand-led social media platforms, and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Servicing
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong and long-term professional relationships.
Understand client objectives and provide strategic solutions aligned with brand and business goals.
Ensure timely delivery of all brand assets and campaign requirements.
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Brand Strategy & Identity
Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice for assigned accounts.
Ensure all campaigns and communication materials align with the brand identity and target audience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Plan, create, and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, advertisements, and press releases.
Collaborate closely with the creative and design teams to deliver impactful visual and written communication.
Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and interactions professionally.
Track social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize engagement strategies.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, design, media, and performance marketing.
Track campaign performance and recommend real-time improvements and optimizations.
Brand Analytics & Reporting
Monitor key brand performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, website traffic, and audience sentiment.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and other reporting platforms to gather insights.
Prepare monthly reports and use analytical findings to improve brand communication strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in brand management, client servicing, social media management, or a related role, preferably in an agency environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
