Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of HRMS/HRIS within the organization on a contract basis.
- Develop and manage the project plan and timeline for the implementation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS is integrated with other relevant systems and applications.
- Good knowledge in Implementing HRMS modules Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is fully functional.
- Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide support and guidance to end-users and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
