Job Summary
Jewel Child Development Centre is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our network and increase awareness of our pediatric therapy services. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, schools, hospitals, and other referral partners while identifying new business opportunities to support the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, schools, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote the centre's pediatric therapy and rehabilitation services.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Meet business development targets and prepare regular activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
- Represent the organization at events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
Essential Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualification
- MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or client relationship management is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
