About the Role We are looking for an Procurement Manager to lead hiring and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to source the right people, products, and raw materials at the best value. Key Responsibilities -Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring. -Source vendors, products, packaging materials, and raw materials. -Negotiate with candidates, suppliers, and service providers. -Build and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships. -Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution. -Maintain hiring and procurement records and documentation. Requirements -0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, procurement, or a similar role. -Strong communication and relationship building skills. -Proactive, organized, and execution-focused. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
