Sales Coordinator
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research
- Identify and connect with decision-makers across target companies
- Qualify leads based on requirements and business potential
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial documents
- Track sales pipeline, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and internal discussions
KPIs / Targets
- Minimum 150 minutes of daily calling / outreach
- Generate 5–6 qualified leads per week
- Schedule 2–3 meetings per week
- Maintain accurate updates and reporting
- Support timely closure of deals through coordination
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask between sales and operations activities
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Commerce preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation / sales coordination / inside sales
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
