About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Online Sales and Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of our online business operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing teams, streamlining processes, and driving sales growth across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales Management
Manage and grow sales through website, marketplaces, and social media platforms
Plan and execute online sales strategies, including Meta Ads, to achieve revenue targets
Monitor daily sales performance and optimize conversion rates
Team Management
Handle and supervise digital marketing, customer support, operations, and content teams
Define roles, assign tasks, and ensure team accountability
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
Operations Management
Oversee order processing, inventory coordination, dispatch, and customer experience
Improve operational efficiency and reduce delays or errors
Ensure smooth execution of online campaigns and product launches
Growth and Strategy
Identify new online growth opportunities and sales channels
Analyze data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve performance
Work closely with leadership to implement scalable business strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in online sales management or e-commerce operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Understanding of marketplaces, website sales, and digital marketing workflows
Ability to handle multiple teams and drive results
