About the Role
KNS Metro Properties is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, generate qualified leads, and build long-term customer relationships for its real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills with a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, digital marketing campaigns, property portals, and field activities.
- Identify prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments.
