Job Description
* Field Sales Executive responsible for identifying new construction opportunities through street-by-street area scouting.
* Generate leads from ongoing residential and commercial construction projects and convert them into sales.
* Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and architects to drive business.
Key Responsibilities
* Scout assigned areas to identify ongoing construction sites.
* Collect project details such as owner, contractor, architect, and stage of construction.
* Approach site owners and contractors to introduce products and generate enquiries.
* Follow up with identified projects and work towards sales closure.
* Visit architect offices regularly to build relationships and obtain referrals.
* Maintain daily reporting of site visits and leads.
Preferred Candidate
* Self-driven and comfortable working extensively in the field.
* Confident in approaching new people and building relationships.
* Strong follow-up ability and target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
* Experience in field sales or building materials industry preferred.
* Good communication skills.
* Two-wheeler with valid driving license required.
* Basic smartphone usage for reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
