We are looking for a Credit Operations Executive to be the gatekeeper of our document funnel to ensure every file we log is bulletproof.
ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a Credit Operations Executive with 1–3 years of experience in loan operations, customer coordination, and documentation. As a Credit Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end validation and processing of loan applications, including KYC verification, technical and credit assessment, MAB, FOIR, DSCR and income eligibility checks, document scrutiny, while maximising First Time Right (FTR) loan applications metrics to ensure faster approvals and efficient loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end loan application lifecycle, from login to disbursement.
- Collect, verify, and manage customer loan documents.
- Update and maintain customer records, internal databases, CRM and MIS reports.
- Follow-up with customers, banks, and internal teams for swift processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and banking guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely application updates.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in Loan Operations, NBFC/DSA Operations,Banking Operations, Credit Operations, Loan Processing, or BFSI Operations.
- Experience with customer handling, loan documentation, and CRM systems is preferred.
Skills Required
- Fluency in English and Kannada. Knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused with rigorous follow-up and smooth coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
