Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects, including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works www.expertia.
- Ensure all work adheres to design specifications, project plans, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and designers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues .
- Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and task allocation .
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and enforce safety standards www.expertia.
- Manage material delivery, inventory, and verify quality before use .
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress, challenges, and reporting to project managers or head office .
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
