Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for employees/candidates.
- Act as a North regional point of contact (POC) and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle employee coordination and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain operational reports and track data using Excel.
- Support daily operational activities and process improvements.
- Coordinate hiring activities, especially for blue-collar hiring requirements (good to have).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Pay: Up to ₹16,500.00 per month
