We are seeking a result driven Retail Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to implement our cutting-edge, Theory of Constraints (TOC) based retail software. This is a full-time role under the guidance of an industry expert. Job includes travel to client sites and hand holding clients towards implementing the TO BE process. Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in data analysis are definite prerequisites, as you will interpret large retail datasets to configure and optimize our supply chain solutions. Multi lingual capability would be highly desirable.
## Key Responsibilities
* Analyse Retail Data: Leverage advanced analytical tools to evaluate client inventory, sales, and supply chain data for software configuration.
* Master the Product: Develop a deep, functional understanding of our proprietary TOC-based retail software solution.
* Configure Solutions: Map and customize the retail system process flow based on data insights to fit unique client needs.
* Deliver Training: Present and deliver engaging, structured software training to client teams and store users.
* Handhold Implementation: Guide the client’s team through active onboarding stages to ensure smooth, practical software adoption.
* Bridge Technical Teams: Document client-specific requirements clearly and deliver articulate functional inputs to the internal technical team.
* Manage Project Timelines: Drive execution tracks, manage milestones, and comply with defined implementation processes.
## Required Qualifications
· Data Analytics: Very proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, macros) and other data analysis tools such as Power BI
· Core Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) are non-negotiable.
· Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience implementing ERP, supply chain, or similar retail IT packages. Working with retail ERP's such as dynamic 365 retail/SAP retail/blue yonder etc will be a added advantage
· Education : Engineers with MBA will be highly preferred
· Process Discipline: Strong background in managing implementation lifecycles and adhering to structured project timelines.
· Work Structure: Comfort with working full-time from our corporate office and collaborating in a mentor-driven environment.
· Methodology: Knowledge of Theory of Constraints (TOC) or retail supply chains is highly desirable.
