Job Summary:
Incheon Kia is looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and smooth functioning of workshop equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain workshop lifts, air compressors, generators, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Attend and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns promptly.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, equipment, and control panels.
- Support facility inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, facility maintenance, or equipment maintenance.
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, generators, compressors, and plumbing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to attend emergency breakdowns when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
