We are looking out for Construction Manager.
Location - Chembur
Job Purpose -
To lead end-to-end execution of residential real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery, superior construction quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Job Description
- Drive complete site execution for residential developments, including structure, finishing, external works, and basement construction.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, construction schedules, and milestone planning.Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction quality, finishing standards, and ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring productivity and quality benchmarks are met.Manage project budgets, control costs, and optimize material and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, approvals, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site reviews, progress tracking, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping, and site discipline.
- Lead project handover, including snag management, final inspections, and client readiness.
- Lead and manage Construction Site Engineers, providing guidance, supervision, and performance oversight.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the Real Estate / Developer industry is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in Basement construction, Anchoring, and Shore Piling
- Must have handled at least 2-3 project sites
