Primary Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and review academic programs to ensure quality and consistency; guide teachers on effective instructional strategies.
· Conduct observations, provide coaching, lead professional development workshops, and mentor staff to improve teaching practices.
· Communicate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a collaborative and supportive school environment
· Assist with timetable creation, manage resource allocation, and ensure compliance with academic policies
· Oversee school safety and emergency procedures and ensure that all staff and students are trained in these procedures
· Collaborate with other school coordinators, administrators, and teachers to promote the school and support student success.
· Organise School Events & Functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in education
· Experience working in educational administration
· Strong leadership and organisational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
· Proficiency in educational software and technologies
· Experience in curriculum implementation
· Knowledge of school regulatory requirements
· Strong commitment to educational excellence and equity
· 3+ years of experience in a similar role
