We're looking for a Social Media Manager who is equal parts creative director, content creator, and storyteller. You won't just be posting, you'll be shaping how the world sees Realign. You'll shoot, edit, ideate, plan, and execute content that educates women about their hormones and makes them fall in love with our products.
If you spend your free time watching wellness content, already understand the algorithm intuitively, and have a camera roll full of aesthetic shots.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Video
- Shoot and edit Reels, Stories, and short-form videos. Product demos, founder content, educational videos, behind-the-scenes
- Style and photograph flat lays, product shots, and lifestyle setups for static posts
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, or similar tools fast turnaround, platform-native formats
- Write captions that inform, inspire, and drive action
Ideation & Strategy
- Build a monthly content calendar tied to product launches, wellness occasions, and trends
- Generate fresh content ideas rooted in women's health like cycle syncing, hormonal balance, herbal remedies, self-care rituals
- Identify trending audio, hooks, and formats and adapt them to Realign's tone and aesthetic
- Research what's working in the wellness content space and bring ideas to the table weekly
Community & Growth
- Manage daily posting and Stories across Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Respond to comments and DMs build a real community, not just a following
- Track performance metrics weekly, reach, saves, shares, follower growth and use data to sharpen the content strategy
- Support influencer outreach and gifting campaigns
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years managing social media for a lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or D2C brand
- Strong video shooting and editing skills, you know how to make a 30-second Reel feel intentional, not rushed
- An eye for aesthetics, you know what looks good, what stops the scroll, and why
- Genuine interest in women's wellness, herbal health, or hormonal balance, this isn't just a job for you
- Strong written communication, captions that sound human, not corporate
- Self-starter energy, you can own a brief from idea to published post without hand-holding
- Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads, Pinterest, or WhatsApp marketing
