Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, build prospect databases, and connect with businesses to promote Complete IT Solutions Services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable with outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Research businesses from different industries using online platforms.
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Make outbound calls to introduce our Complete IT Solutions & Digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and explain our service offerings.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Internet browsing).
- Confidence in speaking with business owners.
- Good research and data-entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- 6 to 12 months minimum experience
- Experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
