Role Introduction
As the Social Media Manager, you have to drive performance marketing strategies across paid social platforms. This role involves managing campaigns, optimizing budgets, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital advertising, audience targeting, and analytics to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing new products and ways of working that improve lead results.
- Build an understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectives.
- Develop an understanding of the target audiences’ attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions (with a focus on Social Media Paid Ads), using a variety of market information and research data
- Develop an understanding of the various social media paid ads strategy and the potential for them in your client's marketing activity.
- Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business and the goals of the client.
- Ensure all campaign costs are accurately quoted and campaign forecasts are approved by the respective Manager.
- Help in preparation for and attend sales pitches as required
- Participate in and learn about social marketing and its impact on our clients.
- Ensure that all client campaigns follow the internal process.
- Set and manage expectations of clients and internal teams, especially to ensure KKBC has the optimal time scale to deliver quality work and service.
- Maintain a full and detailed understanding of all recommendations and proposals.
- Ensure that all campaigns are executed according to plan through close collaboration with your stakeholders.
- Prepare and lead performance review presentations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven track record in managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter).
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ad bidding strategies, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with marketing goals.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, and performance marketing teams.
- Familiarity with emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills are a must.
