About the Role
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and target-oriented Senior Executive to handle Telesales, Client Coordination, Vendor Communication and Air Freight Operations Support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and follow-up skills, a sales-oriented approach, and preferably experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Air Freight, Courier or Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for new enquiries and existing clients.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert enquiries into bookings/sales.
- Prepare and share freight quotations based on vendor pricing.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings and shipment status.
- Coordinate with vendors for air freight rates, availability and shipment details.
- Prepare and manage Air Waybills (AWB) accurately.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors throughout the shipment process.
- Coordinate required licensing and shipment documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion and repeat business.
- Update leads, quotations, bookings and customer details in CRM/internal records.
- Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth shipment execution.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, follow-up and sales targets.
- Escalate pricing, service or operational issues to management when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Client Coordination, Customer Service or Sales.
- Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Air Freight will be strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, vendors, quotations and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Positive, proactive and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
