Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a high standard of service across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Meet individual and team performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, quality standards)
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Preferred Skills
- 06-months experience in International BPO Voice process
- Ability to handle international customers
- Good listening skills and empathy toward customer concerns
- Adaptability to changing processes and technologies
