Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Gold Loan to lead and control end-to-end gold loan operations across branches. This is the highest operational leadership role after the Managing Director, responsible for portfolio growth, operational excellence, compliance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Head complete gold loan operations across all branches
* Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and quality
* Implement SOPs, policies, and risk control frameworks
* Monitor gold appraisal standards, LTV norms, and audits
* Control auction, recovery, and delinquency management
* Lead branch managers, appraisers, and operations teams
* Ensure regulatory and internal audit compliance
* Spearhead expansion and operational efficiency
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Gold Loan NBFC / Bank
* Strong knowledge of gold appraisal, LTV, auction, and risk
* Proven experience managing multi-branch operations
* Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
* Result-oriented with strong operational command
