About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Advocate with a strong inclination towards litigation. The candidate should be capable of representing matters before courts and handling end-to-end legal responsibilities.
Key Requirements
- Valid license/sanad to practice law (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in litigation
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to represent matters before courts confidently
- Open to local and inter-state travel
- Must have their own laptop
Roles & Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Handle filings and attend court regularly
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and notices
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Coordinate with clients and senior advocates
- Manage litigation work end-to-end
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
