We are looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office Executive who can efficiently handle administrative operations while coordinating daily factory activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBack Office Operations
- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Maintain records of production, inventory, dispatches, and purchases.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel and ERP systems.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Factory Coordination & Management
- Monitor daily factory operations and production schedules.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and packaging teams.
- Track raw material availability and inventory levels.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Maintain production records and factory reports.
- Assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate maintenance requirements and factory housekeeping activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in back office, operations, or factory administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle documentation and multitask efficiently.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, Ayurvedic, or pharmaceutical industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
