LOOKING FOR
Passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about the travel industry and can handle Travel Operations with creativity, communication, and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with clients, understand their travel needs, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations.
- Create customized itineraries according to client preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate with suppliers via email and phone to request quotations.
- Finalize package vouchers for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.
- Maintain records and basic accounting.
- Utilize MS Excel to track travel data and optimize operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
- MS Office Suite (Excel & Word)
- Travel Itinerary Planning
- Research Skills using AI Tools like ChatGPT & Gemini
