Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EXIM Executive to manage import-export documentation, shipment coordination, customs compliance, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of international shipments while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify import/export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping agents, and vendors
Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and IEC regulations
Maintain shipment records, MIS reports, and ERP updates
Track logistics costs and support operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
1–2 years of experience in EXIM, logistics, or international trade
Strong knowledge of import-export documentation and customs procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience preferred
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
