Job Description:
Attitude World Wide is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer reach.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and placement team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly marketing and business targets.
- Promote recruitment and placement services to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or business development.
- Experience in job consultancy, recruitment, or HR services will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work independently.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
