We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to help us recruit top talent, manage employee engagement, and build a positive work culture in our growing remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct HR screening interviews.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement activities and company culture initiatives.
- Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Coordinate internship and trainee programs.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll and attendance coordination (if required).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for HR are encouraged to apply.
