The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory updates, customer support, and coordinating with marketplaces to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Update product information, pricing, and stock availability.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Manage promotions, offers, and online campaigns.
- Ensure accurate inventory management across platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Pay: ₹9,737.87 - ₹34,268.20 per month
