Job Description:
Amzer Infra Projects is looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish while ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and risks.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and efficient workforce management.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and construction management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is an advantage.
