Job Summary
The Accountant will be responsible for managing the organization's accounting activities, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, monitoring project costs, and preparing financial reports related to solar projects. The candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and taxation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and general ledger balances.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and revenue recognition.
- Prepare management information system (MIS) reports.
- Track inventory related to solar modules, inverters, cables, batteries, and other equipment.
- Process employee reimbursements and payroll-related transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) qualifications will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, or EPC industry will be an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of inventory management and project accounting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
