Configure, maintain, and support WorkForce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.

Translate business requirements into WFS configurations (pay rules, schedules, accruals, policies).

Perform system testing, validation, upgrades, and release support.

Develop and troubleshoot WFS scripts, integrations, and reports.

Create functional documentation and train end users.

Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

3–5+ years of hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) experience.

Mandatory Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125.

Strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle and WFS scripting.

Expertise in Time & Attendance, Pay Codes, Policy Profiles, Accruals, Work Rules, Schedules, Labor Distribution, and Payroll Integration.

Experience with APIs, SFTP, and flat-file integrations.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRIS, or UKG.

Experience in multi-country WFS implementations or unionized environments.
