Key Responsibilities
· Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements to understand project scope and deliverables.
· Prepare and fill detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) received from clients, perform quantity take-offs, and develop cost estimates for interior fit-out works including civil, architectural, joinery, furniture, finishes, and MEP packages.
· Prepare and submit comprehensive technical and commercial tender proposals within specified deadlines.
· Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams to obtain technical inputs and ensure accurate bid preparation.
· Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, and conduct commercial comparisons for cost optimization.
· Identify tender risks, scope gaps, exclusions, and opportunities for value engineering to enhance bid competitiveness.
· Prepare tender clarifications, respond to client queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and support negotiations during the tendering process.
· Maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing records, vendor lists, and market intelligence on material and labour rates.
· Ensure all tender submissions comply with client specifications, contractual requirements, company standards, and relevant industry regulations while maintaining complete tender documentation and records.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or quantity surveying within interior fit-out projects.
· Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
· Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
