Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) – Mandatory in regular full time mode
Experience
- Freshers with excellent academic performance may apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory and/or teaching is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Purpose
To perform laboratory diagnostic procedures while providing academic instruction, practical demonstrations, and student mentoring for Phlebotomy programmes. The role ensures laboratory quality standards, patient safety, and excellence in skill-based education,while in Hospital should be deployed in night shift as well..
Key Responsibilities A. Laboratory Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently.
- Collect, receive, process, label, and preserve biological specimens.
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
B. Academic Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical sessions for Medical Laboratory Technology and Allied Health Sciences students.
- Conduct laboratory demonstrations and supervise practical classes.
- Mentor students regarding professional ethics and laboratory practices.
