Required minimum 3 years ITI holder electrician for Maintenance work in Navi Mumbai. scope include
1) Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Routine inspection of:
- HT/LT Panels
- MCCs & PCCs
- RMU, Transformers
- Motors & Starters
- DG sets
- Lighting distribution panels
- Tightening of power and control terminations
- Cleaning of panels using vacuum/blower
- Checking insulation resistance (IR testing)
- Thermography assistance (if required)
- Capacitor bank inspection and maintenance
2) Breakdown Maintenance
- Attending electrical faults in:
- Motors (AC/DC)
- Starters (DOL, Star-Delta, Soft starters)
- VFD panels
- Control circuits
- Lighting circuits
- Cable fault identification and rectification
- Replacement of damaged cables, lugs, glands
- Fuse, MCB, MCCB replacement
- Contactors, relays replacement
3) Shutdown Activities
- Isolation and LOTO implementation
- Motor dismantling assistance
- Transformer inspection assistance
- Panel busbar tightening
- Megger testing of feeders
- Replacement of lighting fixtures
- Cable laying and termination support
4) Installation / Minor Modification Works
- Cable tray installation
- GI conduit laying
- Cable laying (LT power/control cables)
- Glanding and termination
- Junction box wiring
- Earthing connections
- Lighting installation
